Advising FrieslandCampina on a landmark cross-border merger with Milcobel, creating a leading international dairy cooperative with over EUR 14 billion in pro forma revenue.

Advised the SPI.R0 consortium on all aspects related to the investment in and syndicated senior financing of the DBFM-based reconstruction project relating to the Brussels Ring Road intersection near Zaventem airport.

Assisting international pharmaceutical group Baxter, including its Belgium-based subsidiary, Baxter World Trade SRL, as local counsel with the amendment and restatement of its USD 2.2 million credit agreement with an international banking consortium led by JP Morgan Chase.
