Joanna Redelbach has more than 10 years’ experience advising governments and corporate clients on a wide range of complex EU and international trade matters including trade litigation.

In particular, Joanna advises governments at every stage of WTO dispute settlement proceedings as well as on the compatibility of WTO Members’ legislation and practice with WTO law, on ongoing trade negotiations and on issues relating to bilateral and regional trade agreements.

Joanna also frequently counsels on regulatory matters at the intersection of trade and sustainability such as the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, the EU Deforestation Regulation, the EU Forced Labour Products Ban or the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
