With a strong background in navigating digital environments, Arian closely follows developments in artificial intelligence and the intersection of competition and data protection law.
He regularly advises clients on antitrust compliance with Articles 101 and 102 TFEU and frequently interacts with (German) authorities to assist clients with the latest regulatory standards.
Arian earned his expertise in EU competition and comparative law through studies in Germany and Sweden, complemented by advanced coursework on EU regulation of the digital sector – including the Digital Markets Act and artificial intelligence – in Belgium.
He further focused his skills by comprehensively analysing the international dimensions of arbitration agreements. To obtain his legal qualification, Arian worked at the German Embassy in Vienna and at leading international law firms in Hamburg and Brussels.
