On 23 September 2025, the French competition authority carried out a surprise inspection at the premises of an unidentified firm involved in cancer treatments.
On 23 September 2025, the French competition authority (FCA) carried out a surprise inspection at the premises of an unidentified firm involved in cancer treatments (see, attached press release). The inspection took place on the basis of a warrant issued by a court. Not only did the FCA not mention the name of the firm that received the visit, but it also declined to describe the allegedly anticompetitive behaviour which that firm may have engaged in.
