On 2 April 2025, the European Commission’s (the Commission) Expert Group issued its final report on business-to-business (B2B) data sharing and cloud computing contracts, which provides models for contractual provisions designed in line with the rights and obligations of the EU Data Act (the Data Act), which will become applicable on 12 September 2025
