VBB advises Vitol on its acquisition of Drive Systems

VBB advised energy and commodities company Vitol on the acquisition by its subsidiary ViGo Bioenergy of Drive Systems, Belgium’s leading independent LNG station network.
Drive Systems operates five stations across Flanders, servicing major transport routes in the region. The acquisition will give ViGo an expanded, high-quality downstream network of LNG stations.
The VBB team comprised partner Michel Bonne, counsel Hannelore Matthys and associates Jens Westerwoudt, Seppe Jansegers and Paulien Penders, supported by colleagues from the employment, commercial, and finance teams.
