VBB’s transactions team are happy to have assisted Shipit Group with the acquisition of a majority stake in Somef, a traditional Belgian specialist in logistics.
The acquisition allows Shipit Group to significantly grow its operational capability in the premium logistics industry and increase its fleet to 20 vessels and 8 water-based locations.
Michel Bonne, Andreas Wuylens and Aleksandrs Cerepanovs (M&A), together with Sara Beutels and Sander Duriau (employment and benefits), were part of the team.
