Ossama M'Rini is an associate in the VBB commercial team.
He advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of commercial law issues, with a focus on IT/IP, data protection, pharmaceutical and healthcare, as well as media, entertainment and gaming.
A member of the firm’s AI taskforce, Ossama has a particular interest in issues at the intersection of law and technology, including the potential impact of AI and data-driven tools on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
- Acting for Gedeon Richter on its strategic acquisition of 100% of the shares in Estetra and Neuralis, and certain assets of Mithra Recherche et Développement, from Mithra Pharmaceuticals.
