He advises on a broad range of corporate law matters, with a particular emphasis on M&A transactions and private equity. He has expertise in advising Belgian and international clients across various sectors and jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Van Bael & Bellis, David gained experience from his time at a leading global law firm in the corporate M&A practice group.

In addition to his legal practice, David has been a teaching assistant at KU Leuven’s Jan Ronse Institute for Company and Financial Law since 2025.
