Assisting Intel and Association for Competitive Technology in Intel’s successful result before the EU Court of Justice in the long-running rebate case, and at earlier stages of the proceedings, as well as in relation to its 2023 appeal of the European Commission’s reopened decision in relation to the ‘naked restrictions’ elements of the case.

Acting for Sopra Steria Group on various transactions, including the M&A and EU merger control aspects of its EUR 518 million acquisition of rival IT services provider Ordina, and on the intra-group carve-out of its banking software business for sale to Axway Software.

Representing a global technology company (which provides inter alia DNS services) in litigation involving a dynamic blocking order against ISPs and alternative DNS resolvers.

Acting for a major US technology company on the UK Competition and Markets Authority’s cloud services market investigation.

Representing a global social media platform in a Belgian class action for alleged violations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Digital Markets Act (DMA), Digital Services Act (DSA), consumer law and telecoms law.
