VBB acted for the Great Salt Lake Brine Shrimp Cooperative on its acquisition of Ocean Nutrition Europe (BE) and Marine Nutrition (TL).
We would like to congratulate the Great Salt Lake Brine Shrimp Cooperative for their successful acquisition of Ocean Nutrition Europe (BE) and Marine Nutrition (TL), two major global actors of the fish feeds and artemia markets! It has been our pleasure to assist the Cooperative on their first acquisition in Europe and Asia.
