The VBB Transactions Team (Caroline Daout, Hannelore Matthys, and Jens Westerwoudt) has assisted Indigo Group, a world leader in parking and individual mobility, on the signing of the acquisition of APCOA Belgium. The transaction will allow Indigo Group to expand its contracts portfolio with high-quality assets and to accelerate and intensify the deployment of its strategy in Belgium and strengthen its position in the on-street and electric vehicles charging markets.
Closing of the transaction is still subject to a number of conditions precedent being satisfied, but we look forward to assist Indigo on their road to closing in the weeks to come.
