We extend our heartiest congratulations to Lakeland Dairies.
Together with their competition, employment, and IP and data protection colleagues, Michel Bonne, Andreas Wuylens and Christina Lecomte of VBB’s transactions team assisted Lakeland Dairies with the acquisition of the European butterfat business of De Brandt Dairy International NV. The acquisition allows Lakeland Dairies to significantly grow its operational capability in the premium Texturised Butter market.
