International law firm Van Bael & Bellis announced today that Tanguy Van Overstraeten has joined the firm as a partner in Brussels to head the digital, data and cyber law practice.
International law firm Van Bael & Bellis (VBB) announced today that Tanguy Van Overstraeten has joined the firm as a partner in Brussels to head the digital, data and cyber law practice.
A highly experienced practitioner, Tanguy has a successful track record of acting for international clients on a wide range of advisory, transactional and contentious matters. He advises on data, tech, AI and cybersecurity regulation and risk management, and on large-scale IT and business process outsourcing, procurement and digital transformation projects across multiple sectors. He has longstanding experience of the telecoms sector, including digital infrastructure transactions.
Tanguy is recognised as a leading lawyer by Chambers and Legal 500. He was previously global head of data protection and head of TMT in Brussels in a global law firm.
