Michael Clancy and Catherine Longeval spoke at the EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum 2026, running 19-21 May 2026 at the Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher's in Brussels.
Bringing together leading voices from across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, the forum explored the major legal, regulatory and policy developments shaping the future of the industry in Europe.
Michael participated in the panel “Supply Strategy – Obligation to Supply, Parallel Trade and Distribution”. The session examined manufacturers’ obligations to supply, recent developments in parallel trade, and practical distribution challenges in the pharmaceutical sector. Catherine joined the panel “Expectations and Implications of the Biotech Act I”. The discussion comes at a pivotal moment for the sector, as the proposed EU Biotech Act I seeks to strengthen Europe’s biotechnology and life sciences ecosystem through measures aimed at accelerating innovation, streamlining regulation and supporting investment.
