Belgium Updates Rules on Parallel Distribution and Parallel Imports of Human Medicines

On 1 December 2025, the Belgian Official Journal published a Royal Decree of 10 November 2025 which amends and updates the rules governing parallel distribution and parallel imports of human medicines in Belgium (the New RD). The New RD will be effective as of 11 December 2025.
Attached are (i) a note listing noteworthy novelties in the New RD; (ii) a copy of the New RD; and (iii) the Council of State’s opinion on the draft New RD.
