European Commission imposes fines for RPM totalling EUR157 million on three high-end fashion brands

On 14 October 2025, the European Commission (the Commission) fined the fashion companies Gucci, Chloé and Loewe, respectively, €119.674.000, €19.690,000 and €18.009.000 for having restricted independent third-party retailers from setting their own retail prices for the products of the three brands, both online and in physical stores.
