He assists clients with a wide range of individual and collective employment law, social security law and pension law matters. This includes social audits, employee benefits, and international employment. He regularly represents clients in litigation matters.

Furthermore, he has extensive experience advising on the employment and social security law aspects of (cross-border) M&A transactions.

In addition, Sander has particular experience in workforce restructurings, including information and consultation procedures with employee representative bodies.

Before joining VBB, he worked as an associate in an international law firm and served as in-house legal counsel in the sports sector.
