Pei Fang Lo focuses on international trade law and compliance programmes under EU ESG regulations.

She has extensive experience in anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, anti-circumvention and safeguard investigations initiated by the EU and by government authorities such as Canada, China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Argentina and Taiwan.

Pei Fang advises private companies, industry associations and government authorities, on various matters of trade regulation, customs law and ESG compliance.

She specialises in simulating the dumping margins, the relevant risk under the potential trade measures and custom investigations and establishing strategies for successful compliance.

She has also a remarkable track record of obtaining exemption in the anti-circumvention and OLAF investigations for all her clients in various industries.

Pei Fang regularly conducts training programmes for government officials and industrial associations on trade defence instruments and international trade law.

  1. Assisting Giant, the world’s largest bicycle manufacturer, in various anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations against bicycles and e-bikes in the EU and the UK and before the European Court of Justice, and obtaining the most preferential status among its competitors.
  2. Assisting numerous manufactures of solar panels, stainless steel, yarns and e-bikes in Taiwan, Vietnam and in the EU in various anti-circumvention or OLAF investigations and obtaining exemption for all of them.
  3. Advising Taiwanese government in the EU steel safeguard investigation and Turkey safeguard investigation on Nylon.
  4. Assisting Taiwanese government in the WTO consultation on offshore wind installations (DS 625), and for Indonesia government in WTO dispute settlement case on fatty acid (DS 622).
  5. Assisting producers in solar panel and bicycle industries in establishing ESG compliance programmes.

Pro bono

Regularly speaks in seminars hosted by International Trade Administration of Taiwan, Chinese National Federation of Industries and other industrial associations on trade remedy investigations.
