Cedric Hauben specialises in transactions and commercial negotiations in the corporate and financial sphere.

His practice encompasses advisory on a broad range of topics in the transactional business landscape, from PPP projects to syndicated lending over any arrangements necessary for the accomplishment of our clients’ investments, with notable expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Cedric has significant experience in advising both lenders and borrowers in the framework of leveraged finance transactions and venture capital investing. In recent years he has built up an in-depth understanding of restructuring large businesses, including through successful mediation proceedings.

He spends significant time advising sponsors in their Belgian or cross-border ventures on every aspect of large-scale projects from the tender phase until the financial close and beyond.
