Cedric has significant experience in advising both lenders and borrowers in the framework of leveraged finance transactions and venture capital investing. In recent years he has built up an in-depth understanding of restructuring large businesses, including through successful mediation proceedings.
He spends significant time advising sponsors in their Belgian or cross-border ventures on every aspect of large-scale projects from the tender phase until the financial close and beyond. He takes a particular interest in advising both corporates and investors looking to contribute to the net-zero transition.
