Last week saw the publication of the European Commission’s much-anticipated “Omnibus” package which aims to simplify EU sustainability reporting regulations. We’ve had a detailed look at the proposals in this package to see what exactly the European Commission wants to change in the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (“CSDDD”).
