The Chambers Merger Control 2024 Guide is now live.  The Guide summarises the key aspects of the merger control rules, and their application in practice, in around 40 jurisdictions around the world.

VBB founding partner Jean-François Bellis and competition practice co-head Porter Elliott served as the book’s global editors and provided the introduction. Porter Elliott, counsel Catherine Gordley and associate Niharika Parshurampuria authored the EU chapter, while partner Alex Stratakis,  counsel Marc Freedman and associate Reign Lee provided both the UK chapters, “Law and Practice” and “Trends and Developments”.

Navigating a global merger control filing and approval process grows increasingly complex with each passing year. The Chambers Merger Control 2024 guide offers straightforward answers to the key jurisdictional, substantive, and procedural questions companies face when trying to obtain regulatory approval of their transactions in various jurisdictions. As such, it is an invaluable resource for both in-house counsel and their external advisors.
