VBB successfully assists Dentressangle in acquiring majority participation in the Naturacare group

Congratulations to our client Dentressangle with the signing of an agreement to acquire a majority participation in the Naturacare group. We assisted Dentressangle with the indirect acquisition of Nutway and Hedelab, the group's Belgian subsidiaries. With this acquisition, Dentressangle will continue to grow Naturacare, paving the way for making it a leader in the industry.
