PLC Magazine recently published an article authored by VBB’s Competition lawyers in London, Alex Stratakis and Reign Lee. The piece, titled Green agreements: competition law guidance on sustainability collaboration, discusses the Green Agreements Guidance issued by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and how businesses can collaborate on sustainability goals without falling foul of UK competition law.
