We are proud to announce that counsel Aldo Scalini and associate Alberto Zingariello have been recognized for their outstanding work in customs law. Their legal paper on the correct application of the "Economic Justification" principle in customs law was highlighted in the Final Report of the 2024 General Assembly of the Italian Customs Agency.
