Our corporate M&A team successfully assisted Canadian company Transoft Solutions (International) Inc., a global leader of transportation engineering design and analysis software, in relation to its acquisition of Airtopsoft SA. Airtopsoft SA, headquartered in Brussels, is globally active in the development of airspace and airport modelling solutions. The acquisition allows Transoft to expand its portfolio of aviation solutions along with its presence in Europe. The official press release can be found here.
