Our corporate M&A team is pleased to have assisted Aptean, a U.S.-based provider of mission-critical software solutions, on the acquisition of the Belgium-based Objective group. Objective is a leading manufacturing execution (MES) and warehouse management (WMS) provider for clients in process and discrete manufacturing.

The acquisition aims to expand Aptean’s supply chain through Europe and adding complementary solutions to Aptean’s ERP offering for process and discrete manufacturers. The official press release can be found here.
