Aleksandrs Cerepanovs

Aleksandrs is an Associate of the Transactions Team.

His professional focus is on all aspects of corporate law, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He is happy to assist clients with a wide range of matters related to private equity, capital markets and fund structuring.

Prior to joining Van Bael & Bellis, Aleksandrs studied law in Belgium and Switzerland and has also gained some practical experience by working in several major Belgian and Swiss law firms.

He is known for his practical and problem-solving approach with specific experience in business law, international arbitration and the sports industry.
